The refund amount will be applied to the original tender.  If any product was exchanged or returned without the original receipt. The amount will transact to the Hbc gift card with the lowest cost. Name, address, and phone number will be asked during the audit process. The Jewelry shall be returned within 30 days. It will be considered as a final sale after the 30th day.  An individual must have a valid photo ID. All the adjustments of the price will be made with a receipt which is within seven days of the procurement.  Any Merchandise is returned along with a gift enclosure receipt then it will be refunded on the Hbc gift Card.  The company strictly adheres to the period of the return policy, beyond the period the particular product cannot be exchanged or returned.

How to return the product via Email?
