Constructing pieces of Ruby Rose’s face to abstract cloth and thread formations, Stephanie McGovern has been through the loop (no pun intended) of what goes into making thoughtful installation pieces. Ranging from handheld to wall scale, McGovern does not limit her ability to create.

Shehas also been very active in the trade show scene since 2011, creatingone of a kind woven and Shibori acid dyed scarves for Renegade CraftFair and Santa Rosa’s annual winter Shop Party. Her most recent projectsinclude collaborating with designer Dominic Chambrone, a.k.a “The ShoeSurgeon,” on integrating hand woven fabric with custom footwear anddonating an art piece to Root Division for their 2015 benefit show “Taste.”
